The “Agreement for Scientific Collaboration Activities” has been signed between the Institute of Microelectronics and Microsystems of the CNR of Naples and SYENMAINT srl, for the design and joint development of:
- innovative sensors for intelligent diagnostic applications, with the aim of predicting the state of degradation of the monitored devices;
- advanced energy harvesting techniques, for the localized recovery of energy to be used for powering distributed sensors in industrial harsh environments;
- specific augmented reality applications, to support the management of complex integrated maintenance processes.
The scientific managers of the initiative will be Eng. Giuseppe Coppola (Senior Research Scientist @ CNR-IMM) and Eng. Mario Iodice (Scientific Manager @ CNR-IMM) while the operational coordinator of the application activities will be Eng. Roberto Nappi (CEO & Founder @ SYENMAINT srl)
